Epiphany Capital helps companies to raise funds from other investors. We closely prepare our clients for investment and the fundraise on their behalf through out strong network of institutional investors, corporate venturers and investment vehicles.

We help to develop businesses into investment propositions; and pride ourselves on building value for entrepreneurs while reducing risks for investors. Rather than acting as a broker, we work as close advisors to the company, raising capital with, rather thanfor our clients.

Investor Readiness Preparation
Starting with an intensive assessment of the business, covering its operational strategy, model, market, exit possibilities, team and financial projections, we identify any obstacles to investment and make sure these are resolved before developing the venture’s key messages and communicating these to the appropriate investors.

Corporate Finance
We can also advise on acquisition (on a retained basis for acquirors seeking new technologies or markets, or for entrepreneurs looking to sell their businesses), merger, spin-out or IPO, working with clients from ‘entry’ to ‘exit’.
